Began the deep-learning research line, with the first paper published in Scientific Reports.

Published <Deep Learning for Everyone> with Gilbut. The book is now used as an official course text at 47 Korean universities.

Published a systematic review of deep learning for Alzheimer's diagnosis and prognosis in Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience.

Won an Alzheimer's Association research grant for a dual deep-learning strategy on tau-associated genetic variants.

Delivered a four-part series on EBS, Korea's public educational broadcaster, on dementia and AI prediction of Alzheimer's disease.

Published Circular-SWAT, a deep-learning classification method applied to metabolome data, in the Lancet-family journal eBioMedicine.

Returned to EBS for a second appearance, on why deep learning earned the Nobel Prize and how research uses AI today.

Published <Vibe Coding with Claude Code>, alongside plasma proteomics work in Alzheimer's & Dementia and a transformer-ensemble method in Briefings in Bioinformatics.

Spoke by invitation at the ADSP annual meeting at NIH, and published the DuAL-Net risk prediction model in Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal.

Taeho Jo, Ph.D.
Principal Consultant
Taeho Jo, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he develops deep-learning methods for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
He is the author of <Vibe Coding with Claude Code>, #1 in the Computer category of Kyobo Bookstore's 2026 first-half bestseller list, and of the <Deep Learning for Everyone> series, in print since 2017. The methods proven in that research and the experience of training 1,500+ participants in the last six months go directly into your AX program.
His career began as an engineer at Macromedia Korea, now Adobe Systems. He earned his Ph.D. at Tokyo Medical and Dental University and held research positions at RIKEN in Japan and the University of Michigan before joining Indiana University School of Medicine in 2018.
